The Maliarik apartment house was created as a joint project of the Barbieri and Nanky families. Its intention is to offer you its services in a specific environment that you will love and feel at home here.
The provision of tourism services in our apartment house is a continuation of the hotel and restaurant tradition of Pavel Maliarik in Jasná. The grandfather of one of the owners of this apartment house was one of the first hoteliers and co-founders of the provision of restaurant services in Demänovská Dolina in the interwar period of the 20th century. His accommodation facility and Pavel Maliarik's Restaurant offered the first pioneers of summer tourism and downhill skiing in Jasná comfortable accommodation and delicious meals all year round.
We strive to continue our recreational services and provide pleasant family accommodation where our guests love to return.
