GIANT BIKE PARK JASN\u00c1
\n<\/em><\/strong>is designed for every fan of downhill cycling<\/strong>. It uses natural features together with wooden obstacles and terrain modifications, providing quality conditions and space for:
\n\u2013 training and development of skills of professional and less experienced riders
\n\u2013 organizing downhill bicycle races
\n<\/span>\u2013 adrenaline rides and overcoming your limits for less experienced, recreational cyclists and families with children
\n<\/span>\u2013 relaxing rides through beautiful nature, enjoying the views, or having a picnic. The easiest tracks can also be taken on a scooter<\/span><\/p>\n

TARZ\u00c1NIA JASN\u00c1

Postaven\u00e1 je na stromoch<\/strong> a pozost\u00e1va z dvoch tr\u00e1s vybudovan\u00fdch pomocou 34 plo\u0161\u00edn a 95 prek\u00e1\u017eok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke pribli\u017ene 4 a\u017e 7 m nad zemou. Modr\u00e1 (krat\u0161ia a \u013eah\u0161ia) trasa meria 281 m. \u010cerven\u00e1 (dlh\u0161ia) trasa meria 396 m. Detsk\u00e1 trasa meria 62 m.<\/p>\n

FREESTYLEPARK
\n<\/em><\/strong>Offers you the best and most affordable way to learn to ride on water<\/strong>, whether on a wakeboard or a wakeskate. In the freestylepark, they ride on a German-made lift from the Sesitec 2.0 system, this is the first system of its kind in Slovakia. This lift is simply a unique opportunity for anyone to learn to ride, regardless of age or experience, because they can adjust the speed individually to suit everyone. The freestylepark is located at the Ondrej Cib\u00e1k Water Slalom Area in Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161, where you can enjoy whitewater rafting, quad biking and many other activities, in short, fun for everyone.<\/p>\n

LIPTOVSK\u00c1 MARA
\n<\/em><\/strong>in summer the most important recreational center. Liptovsk\u00e1 Mara is a dam<\/strong> on the V\u00e1h River with an output of 198 MW built between 1969 and 1975. With a height of 45 m, it is the second largest earthen dam in Slovakia. There are opportunities for swimming, surfing, yachting, windsurfing school, boating, water cycling, minigolf, fishing, sailing on the Liptov sightseeing boat - 80 places - all of this is provided by the Liptovsk\u00fd Trnovec autocamping on the northern bank of Liptovsk\u00e1 Mara. In Trnovec there is a beach swimming pool, sports equipment rental, minigolf, a shipping port, a yacht port, boat rental, water rescue service, a diver training center and a grassy beach. From spring to autumn, major sporting events with international participation are held here.<\/p>\n

MOUNTAIN BOBO TRACK SKI \u017dIARCE
\n<\/em><\/strong>If you are a fan of adrenaline sports, then your holiday in Liptov cannot do without a visit to the mountain bobo track<\/strong> in SKI \u017diarce. It is located in the popular Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Valley, specifically in the Liptov village of Pav\u010dina Lehota. It is not only the first track built in the Liptov region, but also the first track of this type in Slovakia. The total length of the track is 1000 m and it is the steepest track in our territory, with a total elevation of 120 meters. The maximum speed that can be achieved is limited to 45 km\/h. You determine whether you will reach it by simply moving the lever towards you (brake) or away from you (accelerate). The reason why the bobsleigh track in SKI \u017diarce is unique is that the bobsleighs, in which you are firmly strapped, are lowered on a single aluminum tube at a height of approximately one meter above the ground. You don't have to worry at all, riding the bobsleigh track is safe and can be done by children from 7 years old. If you have a child who is not yet seven years old, it is possible to ride in one bobsleigh together, but only up to a maximum permitted weight of 120 kg. There are 16 turns in total on the track. The high attractiveness of the bobsleigh track is also completed by 2 ramps through which the track passes and, last but not least, 6 terrain jumps.<\/p>\n

SALA\u0160 PASTIERSKA
\n<\/em><\/strong>is located in the Bobroveck\u00e1 valley at an altitude of approximately 650 m above sea level, where favorable conditions have been created for sheep breeding<\/strong> with dairy production. This location has enough food for the sheep, as well as enough meadows for the production of bulk fodder for the winter period. The operation of the sheepfold is ensured in a traditional way, i.e. free grazing, hand milking, traditional basketry, processing raw sheep's milk without pasteurization into traditional raw sheep's cheese and subsequent sale in the hut. The sheepfold season begins in April and ends in October. The sale of cheese and \u017ein\u010dica at the farm starts on May 1st and is open daily from 12:00 to 18:00. In September and October, the sales hours are shortened from 14:00 to 17:00 due to reduced cheese production. During regular operation, there is an opportunity to see a milking demonstration from 4:00 and from 16:00 and a whipping demonstration.<\/p>\n

FARMA JALOVEC
\n<\/em><\/strong>is located in an attractive environment near the mouth of the Jalovec Valley. This peaceful location with foothill meadows is ideal for horse breeding and equestrianism<\/strong>. A popular service in Liptov is agrotourism, which also includes horseback riding, scenic carriage rides and, in winter, sleigh rides. The Jalovec Farm has not only excellent natural conditions for agrotourism, but also suitable horses and technical equipment. Horses intended for agrotourism are calm, balanced and ready to teach the rider something. In the field, they are characterized by reliability and fearlessness. Come and try horseback riding in nature or at a riding school or a carriage ride.<\/p>\n

RAFTING in LIPTOVSKY MIKUL\u00c1\u0160
\n<\/em><\/strong>on an artificially constructed canal. The area is located near the center of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161. Its difficulty and equipment meet world-class parameters (in 2007, the European Championships for adults in whitewater canoeing took place here). Rafting is intended mainly for true adrenaline junkies. You will overcome obstacles like true professionals. Rafting is also possible on the Bell\u00e1 River. At the same time, the Rafting Adventure area also offers other forms of entertainment - quad bikes, paragliding, etc.<\/p>\n

THE LARGEST CAVE SYSTEM
\n<\/em><\/strong>Look no further than the Low Tatras in Slovakia. The Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Cave System<\/strong> consists of about 30 caves<\/strong> and is probably 36 kilometers long. The most famous are Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Cave of Freedom<\/strong> and Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Ice Cave<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Cave of Freedom<\/em><\/strong> the national natural monument Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Caves on the northern side of the Low Tatras is the longest cave system in Slovakia. Among its dominant features is the Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Cave of Freedom, which has been enchanting visitors for many years with its rich sinter filling of various colors, the mysterious underground stream of the Dem\u00e4novka and its enchanting lakes. It is the most visited accessible cave in Slovakia.<\/p>\n

Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Ice Cave<\/em><\/strong> represents the northern part of the world-famous Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Caves.<\/strong> It is notable for the presence of permanent ice filling, bizarre and massive shapes of underground spaces, rare cave fauna, as well as a rich history. The ice filling has been forming in the cave for about the last 500 years and, in combination with the sinter decoration, creates an extremely interesting sightseeing circuit.<\/p>\n

Stani\u0161ovsk\u00e1 Cave<\/em><\/strong> the only year-round accessible cave in Liptov, open every day. You will have a perfect experience exploring the magical underground with guides - cavers. You will walk along the walls that water and Mother Nature have modeled into indescribable shapes. Every visitor will receive a headlamp before entering, you do not need special clothing or shoes. An ideal destination for the whole family. You will experience the story of the life of a coin - its birth in the mint and conception in the depths of the earth. You will see it with eyes that you have not seen for a long time, or you will see it for the first time. You will experience the touch of metal with fire and water, descend into the bowels of the earth for gold-bearing ore and finally experience a real auction when the coin begins its new life in the gentle hands of collectors.<\/p>\n

HOURLISTING AND CYCLING TRAILS
\n<\/em><\/strong>Kva\u010dianska Dolina and Mlyny Oblazy<\/em><\/strong>, a pleasant walk<\/strong> in a picturesque, mountainous environment awaits you, which will be etched in everyone's memory. You will see the very impressive rock formation J\u00e1no\u0161\u00edkova hlava, gorges, views of the valley and at the end, the picturesque Mlyny Oblazy, which you definitely should not miss. Mlyny Oblazy is a cultural monument located in the picturesque Kva\u010dianska Dolina, is one of the gems of Slovakia and is a popular destination for visitors of all ages from different corners of the world. Anyone who visits this place will certainly not be disappointed. Today, we can observe the reconstructed mill equipment here, as well as the remains of the old history of the mill.<\/p>\n

Prosiecka Dolina<\/em><\/strong> is deservedly part of the national nature reserve<\/strong>. In connection with the nearby parallel Kva\u010dianska dolina - it forms the tourist route Prosiecka and Kva\u010dianska dolina, which includes an educational trail that starts at the entrance to Prosiecka dolina and continues through the parking lot at the end of the village of Kva\u010dany - at the entrance to Kva\u010dianska dolina. It creates the conditions for visitors to have an unforgettable experience of a full-day hike through beautiful nature. The valley is accessible even to undemanding visitors, but its safe and especially \"comfortable\" mastery requires at least light hiking shoes.<\/p>\n

The \u010cierny V\u00e1h Power Plant<\/em><\/strong> is an exceptional work<\/strong> in a beautiful setting. A unique hydroelectric power plant with a reservoir located on one of the Low Tatras peaks. The peaks of the High Tatras are reflected on its surface. The pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant (PVE) \u010cierny V\u00e1h is an exceptional hydroelectric power plant. It is located at an altitude of 1160 meters in the beautiful setting of the Low Tatras.<\/p>\n

Lookout tower over Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n<\/em><\/strong>(view of Liptov)<\/em>, a newly built lookout tower<\/strong> is located above Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n. The road to it leads past the thermal bath towards the bridge and then to the cemetery and from there up the hill towards the lookout tower.<\/p>\n

Pieniny Dunajec\u00a0\u2013 rafting<\/em><\/strong>. <\/em><\/strong>Zamaguria is the northernmost part of Spi\u0161. Outwardly, the harsh and inhospitable region abounds in unique folk architecture, historical monuments and natural beauties. The architectural pearl of the surroundings is \u010cerven\u00fd Kl\u00e1\u0161tor \u2013 founded in the 14th century by the Carthusians. In the 18th century, the monastery was inhabited by the Camaldolese with the legendary aviator and botanist Cyprian. The symbol of Zamaguria is the Pieniny with the majestic Three Crowns. The steep cliffs of the Pieniny are washed by the border river Dunajec, which has carved out a beautiful canyon with its ferocious current. The transport of goods and people along the Danube<\/strong>is dated by Polish sources to the 13th century, our oldest record is a Latin record from 1708. A vivid reminder of the transport of wood and goods along the Dunajec and Vistula to the Baltic Sea is the raftsman's hat, on which the raftsman received one seashell for each voyage. Rafting as a tourist attraction has flourished, especially since the mid-19th century.<\/p>\n

\u017diarska Valley \u2013\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>in the southern foothills of the Western Tatras. This valley is one of the best known and most visited valleys in the Tatras. This is due to its geological structure, flora and fauna, and very good accessibility. The beginning of the \u017diarska Valley is in the village of Smre\u010dany. The Smre\u010dianka stream flows through this valley. At an altitude of 1325 m, the \u017diarska chata is built. It is a place of rest and a base for starting hikes<\/strong>. Access: by car - at the end of the town of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 towards the town of Liptovsk\u00fd Hr\u00e1dok, there is a turnoff to the Podbreziny housing estate. This road will take you all the way to the \u017diarska Valley.<\/p>\n

Chopok, Vrbick\u00e9 pleso<\/em><\/strong>. <\/em>Jasn\u00e1 Low Tatras offers a large number of hiking<\/strong> and trekking routes with different levels of difficulty, from demanding ones that require a certain level of preparation to those designed for families with children or beginners. Choose according to your physical condition and if you do not feel at home in the mountains, use the services of mountain guides, thanks to which your activities in the mountains will become a safe adventure. We offer you one-day easier hiking tours and multi-day medium to difficult high-altitude tours. If you are not a fan of long hikes, the Jasn\u00e1 resort offers the opportunity to take the new Funitel cable car to the top of Chopok in a few minutes even during the summer season! The Vrbick\u00e9 pleso National Natural Monument is located in the upper part of the Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Valley and is the largest lake in the Low Tatras. This glacial lake was formed by the blocking of a valley by moraine and its greatest depth reaches 8 meters. A hiking trail runs around the entire lake.<\/p>\n

CYCLING
\n<\/em><\/strong>Liptov<\/em><\/strong>\u2013 optimal conditions for cycling are in Liptov, as the highway runs through Liptov, so other roads have less traffic density, which is why it is perfect for this type of sport. There are very interesting cycling routes in Liptov. Among the popular ones are the routes around Liptovsk\u00e1 Mara, through \u010ciernova\u017esk\u00e1 Valley and to Dem\u00e4novsk\u00e1 Valley. There are about 500 km of marked cycling routes in Liptov! Some routes lead directly through the gems of our nature, such as Kva\u010dianska Valley, and other routes lead along mountain ridges, from which there is a nice view. Liptov is one of the most attractive tourist areas of Slovakia due to its natural wealth and advantageous geographical location. The Liptov region is surrounded by mountains \u2013 the High, West and Low Tatras, the Cho\u010d Mountains and the Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Fatra Mountains. Each of the mountain ranges has its own characteristic face and each offers its visitors a different kind of natural experience.
